The ultimate healthy you


Would you say you're healthy? Well if you said yes that means you’re already closer to becoming the ultimate healthy you.


Talking about how you feel is very important to becoming the ultimate healthy you. When you feel gloomy, worried, sick or hurt you should tell a parent or teacher. But when you feel joyful, happy or excited you should celebrate or tell a friend or family member. 


The second step to becoming the ultimate healthy you is eating a balanced diet. Eating a balanced diet means you have to eat everything in moderation.  There are four main food groups, Meat (nuts, fish, chicken), dairy (milk, yogurt, cheese) grains ( bread, pasta, rice) and fruit & veg. Those food groups are very important to your diet. Treat foods are very hard to resist. You can't eat them all the time but you can eat them sometimes. It is really important to stay hydrated and drink loads of water throughout the day.


The last step to becoming the ultimate healthy you is having good personal hygiene. This means showering once a day with soap in the morning or evening, and brushing your teeth twice a day every day, once in the morning and once in evening. You also have to wash your hands regularly before you eat, after you go to the bathroom and after you get your hands dirty when out playing.


If you follow these three steps your three steps closer to becoming the ultimate healthy you.
